WPS Informed Consent on Windows FAQ

When using Informed Consent, the most common issues fall into 3 areas: finding the entry, checking why changes do not take effect, and understanding what can still be edited after creation.

FAQ

  1. Open the Smart Forms editing interface.
  2. Select the Voting module in the left navigation pane.
  3. Find Informed Consent and enter editing.
  4. After making changes, click Save or OK.
  1. Confirm that you clicked Save or OK.
  2. Return to the editing interface and check whether the latest setup was retained.
  3. If the form requires publishing before respondents can see updates, publish a new version.
  4. Reopen the shared link or respondent view and check the final result again.
  1. Yes. Reopen the Smart Forms editing interface.
  2. Open Informed Consent again in the Voting module.
  3. Modify the required content and save the changes.
  4. Keep in mind that some changes may mainly affect later data or the published respondent view.
