What should I do if I cannot find the Formula entry?

  1. Make sure you are already in the smart form editing view.
  2. Open the Form section in the left navigation pane.
  3. Check that you have edit permission for the current form, then look for Formula again.

Why does the formula not work as expected after I save it?

  1. Reopen the Formula panel and check whether the parameters were filled in correctly.
  2. Preview the result first and confirm that it matches the current field data.
  3. If the form takes effect only after publishing, save and publish the corresponding version.

Can I still edit a formula after the form has been created?

  1. Yes. Reopen the form in the editing view.
  2. Open Formula again from the Form section.
  3. Edit the setup, confirm the result again, and save or publish as needed.
