How do I find Scoring Question in File Collection?

  1. Open the Smart Forms editing interface.
  2. Select File Collection in the left navigation area.
  3. Find Scoring Question and open it for editing.

What should I do if the Scoring Question settings do not take effect after saving?

  1. Confirm that you clicked Confirm or the save button.
  2. Reopen the Scoring Question area and check whether the settings were retained.
  3. If the form needs to be published before others can use the update, complete the publish or update flow.
