How do I configure Single Selection in the Exam section?

  1. Open the Smart Forms editing interface.
  2. Select the Exam section in the left navigation pane.
  3. Open the Single Selection setup item for editing.
  4. After making changes, click OK to save them.

What should I do if the saved setup does not take effect?

  1. Confirm that you clicked OK to save the current changes.
  2. Reopen the question setup view and check whether the parameters were kept.
  3. If the exam is used by respondents, complete the publishing or update flow and then test again.

Can I edit Single Selection after the exam has been created?

  1. Yes. Open the Smart Forms editing interface again.
  2. Find the existing single-choice question setup in the Exam section.
  3. Make your changes and confirm them again.
