How do I find Global Settings in the Exam module?

  1. Open the target Smart Form and enter the editing interface.
  2. Select the Exam module in the left navigation pane.
  3. Find Global Settings and open it.

What should I do if the settings do not take effect after saving?

  1. Confirm that you clicked Save or Confirm.
  2. Open Global Settings again and check whether the parameters were retained.
  3. If the page asks you to publish, publish a new version and then verify the result on the respondent side.

Can I still change Global Settings after the exam is created?

  1. Yes. Open the form editing interface again.
  2. Go to Exam and open Global Settings.
  3. Save the updated settings, and note that some changes may mainly affect later data or a newly published version.

Why can’t I see the Global Settings entry?

  1. Make sure the current Smart Form supports the exam scenario.
  2. Make sure you are in the editing interface instead of preview or response mode.
  3. Check whether your account has permission to edit the form.
