  1. Open the Smart Forms editing interface.
  2. Select the Check-in module in the left navigation area.
  3. Open Multiple Choice for editing.
  4. Adjust the settings and preview the result.
  5. Click OK to save the configuration.

Why did my Multiple Choice setup not take effect after saving?

  1. Confirm that you clicked OK after making changes.
  2. Return to the editor and check whether the current configuration is still there.
  3. If the form only takes effect for respondents after publishing, complete the publishing flow.
