How do I configure Data Statistics in Relay?

  1. Open the Smart Forms editing interface.
  2. Select Relay in the left navigation pane.
  3. Open Data Statistics.
  4. After editing, click Save or Confirm.

What should I do if the Data Statistics setup does not take effect after saving?

  1. Confirm that you clicked Save or Confirm after making changes.
  2. Check whether the relay also needs to be republished.
  3. Open the management view again and review whether the statistics have updated.
  4. If you are checking older submissions, compare the result with the time range of new and existing data.

Can I edit Data Statistics after the relay has already been created?

  1. Open the editing interface again.
  2. In the Relay section, open Data Statistics.
  3. Update the setup as needed and save it again.
  4. Keep in mind that some changes may affect only new data.
