How do I configure Cross Analysis in Relay?

  1. Open the Smart Forms editing interface.
  2. In the left navigation pane, select Relay.
  3. Find Cross Analysis and open it.
  4. Finish the settings, click Confirm, and then save the form if needed.

Why did my Cross Analysis setup not take effect after saving?

  1. Confirm that you clicked Confirm or Save.
  2. Check whether the change is still only in the editing state.
  3. If the relay setup takes effect only after release, publish a new version.
  4. Reopen Cross Analysis and check whether the settings were kept.

Can I still change Cross Analysis after the relay has been created?

  1. Reopen the existing Smart Form.
  2. Go to Relay and open Cross Analysis.
  3. Update the relevant settings and save again.
  4. Keep in mind that some changes may mainly affect later submissions.
