1. Switch a Layout

Entry: Design tab → drop-down button on the right side of the layout area

1. Select the WPS Art graphic.
2. Click the Design tab at the top of the window.
3. Click the drop-down button on the right side of the layout area to browse different layout styles.
4. Click the layout you want to apply.

Success Criteria

• Interface result: The graphic layout and appearance change.
• What you can do next: The text in the graphic remains editable.
• No unwanted effect: The original text content is kept.

Tips While Using

• Common mistake: If the WPS Art graphic is not selected first, the related design entry may not appear.
• Environment note: This action requires an existing WPS Art graphic in the presentation.

2. View More Layouts

Entry: Design tab → layout area → More Layouts

1. Select the WPS Art graphic.
2. Click the Design tab at the top of the window.
3. In the layout area, click More Layouts.
4. Browse the expanded full list and choose the layout you need.

Success Criteria

• Interface result: More available layouts are displayed.
• What you can do next: You can apply a target layout directly from the full list.
• No unwanted effect: The content stays the same while only the layout style changes.

• Common mistake: More Layouts is for expanding the available layout list, not for creating a new graphic.
