When using WPS Art Format, common questions usually involve content retention, missing entry points, and layout selection; this FAQ covers 4 common questions.
FAQ
Will switching layouts remove my content?
- No. Switching layouts only changes the layout and appearance.
- The text content inside the graphic is kept.
- After a new layout is applied, the text automatically adapts to the new structure.
Why can’t I see the layout entry on the Design tab?
- Make sure you selected a WPS Art graphic instead of a text box or another object.
- Click the graphic again so the object is clearly selected.
- Then check the layout area on the Design tab at the top of the window.
What is the difference between More Layouts and switching layouts directly?
- Direct layout switching is useful when the layout you want is already visible.
- More Layouts opens a fuller list of layout options.
- If the current panel does not show a suitable style, use More Layouts to see more choices.
What should I do if the graphic changes too much after switching layouts?
- Compare how different layouts affect hierarchy, direction, and space usage.
- If the current result is not suitable, switch to another layout.
- Choose a layout that better matches the content density and presentation purpose.
