What is the difference between outer shadow and inner shadow?
- Outer shadow appears outside the text edges and is more suitable when you want the text to stand out from the background.
- Inner shadow appears inside the text edges and is more suitable for an inset or pressed look.
- If you want a title to look more prominent, outer shadow is usually the easier starting point.
How to make text shadow more visible in WPS on Windows?
- Open the Shadow settings menu.
- Lower the transparency so the shadow becomes more visible.
- Increase distance or size, or change the color so the shadow has clearer contrast against the background.
Why can’t I find the text shadow option?
- Make sure you have selected actual text instead of a blank area or another object.
- Check whether you are in the relevant Text Tools tab.
- If the interface does not display normally, save the file, reopen the presentation, and try again.
