Can I customize the highlight color in WPS on Windows?
- The current Highlight feature uses preset color options.
- If you want a different effect, click the drop-down arrow next to Highlight to view the available colors.
- Select the preset color you want and apply it to the text.
How do I remove highlight from text in WPS on Windows?
- Select the text that already has highlight applied.
- Click the drop-down arrow next to the Highlight button.
- Select None to remove the highlight effect.
- If needed, you can also use Clear Formatting to remove highlight together with other text styles.
Why can’t I see the Highlight command on the floating toolbar?
- Make sure the current selection is editable text.
- Check whether the floating toolbar appears automatically after the text is selected.
- If it does not appear, use the Highlight entry on the Home or Text Tools tab instead.
