Entry path: Bottom toolbar → Tools → View → Screenshot
- Tap Tools on the bottom toolbar.
- Switch to the View tab.
- Tap Screenshot.
- Drag the frame to select the area you want to capture.
- Use the pen tool to annotate the screenshot.
- Tap Done.
- Choose to save locally, send, or copy the result.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The captured screen content is displayed after the screenshot is completed.
- Next actions available: You can save, send, or copy the screenshot.
- No side effects: The current presentation remains open for continued viewing or editing.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If you do not switch to the View tab first, the Screenshot entry may not appear.
- Environment note: If you want to save to Photos, make sure the required device permission is enabled.
