Entry path: Home → Paragraph → Line Spacing

1. Open the target presentation and make sure you are in editing mode.
2. Select the text box, placeholder, or paragraph you want to adjust.
3. Click the Line Spacing button on the Home tab.
4. Choose a suitable spacing option from the menu.
5. Check the text layout on the slide and confirm the result.
