Why can’t I find the Group and Ungroup entry?

  1. Make sure you are editing a WPS Presentation file rather than another file type.
  2. Click the Home tab and check whether the Group and Ungroup command appears in the ribbon.
  3. If you still do not see it, select objects on the slide first and then check the command area again.

Why can’t I group the selected objects?

  1. Confirm that at least two objects are selected.
  2. Check that the objects are selected within the editable area of the current slide.
  3. Run the Group command again and see whether the objects move as one unit.

Why doesn’t Ungroup respond?

  1. Make sure the selected item is already a grouped object rather than a single object.
  2. Click Group and Ungroup again and choose Ungroup.
  3. After that, click one separated element to confirm it can be edited on its own.

How do I edit only one object after grouping?
