1. Use Align

Entry: Drawing Tools tab → Align drop-down menu

  1. Open the target presentation and make sure you are in editing mode.
  2. Select the objects you want to organize.
  3. Click Align under Drawing Tools.
  4. Choose the alignment option you need from the drop-down menu.
  5. Confirm that the object positions on the slide have been updated.
