FAQ

Why is the Align button grayed out?

  1. Make sure the presentation is currently in editing mode.
  2. Check whether the target objects are selected.
  3. If only one object or non-editable content is selected, reselect editable objects and try again.

Why do I not see an obvious change after alignment?

  1. Check whether the selected objects were already close to the current alignment state.
  2. Try another alignment option and compare the slide again.
  3. If you need finer control, open More Settings to review the preview and apply a revised result.

How do I undo an alignment action?

  1. Use the common Mac undo shortcut ⌘+Z right away.
  2. Or click Undo on the toolbar to return to the previous step.
  3. Confirm that the objects are back in their earlier positions.

When should I use Advanced Settings?

  1. Open More Settings when object positions still need refinement after basic alignment.
  2. Use this entry when you want to review a live preview before confirming the result.
  3. Save the file after the result looks appropriate to reduce repeated adjustments.
