- Find the document you want to send on the WPS Home screen.
- Tap the Share button next to the document.
- Select Share File.
- Choose the destination app and send the file.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: You can open the iOS share sheet without opening the document first.
- Next action available: You can choose a target app and complete delivery directly.
- File result: The shared file keeps the original presentation format.
Tips While Using
- This method is useful for quickly forwarding files already listed on the Home screen.
- If a third-party app limits attachment size, try another channel or reduce the file size before sending.
