What is the difference between Save and Save As?

1. Save writes your current edits to the existing file.
2. Save As creates a new file and lets you choose a different name or location.

What happens if I press Ctrl+S in a new presentation?

1. For a new presentation that has not been saved before, pressing Ctrl+S does not overwrite an existing file.
2. The save dialog box appears.

1. Check whether the file is open in another program or another window.
