1. Package to Folder

Entry point: File → Package File → Package Presentation to Folder

  1. Open the presentation you want to process.
  2. Click the File menu in the upper-left corner.
  3. Select Package File.
  4. Click Package Presentation to Folder.
  5. Choose a save location.
  6. Click OK to complete the packaging process.

Success Criteria

  • UI state: After the save is complete, a new packaged folder appears in the selected location.
  • Next actions: You can open the folder to review the packaged result, or continue copying, sending, and archiving it.

2. Package to Compressed File

Entry point: File → Package File → Package Presentation to Compressed Folder

  1. Open the presentation you want to process.
  2. Click the File menu in the upper-left corner.
  3. Select Package File.
  4. Click Package Presentation to Compressed Folder.
  5. Choose a save location.
  6. Click OK to generate the ZIP package.
