1. Package to Folder
Entry point: File → Package File → Package Presentation to Folder
- Open the presentation you want to process.
- Click the File menu in the upper-left corner.
- Select Package File.
- Click Package Presentation to Folder.
- Choose a save location.
- Click OK to complete the packaging process.

- UI state: After the save is complete, a new packaged folder appears in the selected location.

2. Package to Compressed File
Entry point: File → Package File → Package Presentation to Compressed Folder
- Open the presentation you want to process.
- Click the File menu in the upper-left corner.
- Select Package File.
- Click Package Presentation to Compressed Folder.
- Choose a save location.
- Click OK to generate the ZIP package.
Success Criteria
- UI state: After the save is complete, a new compressed file appears in the selected location.
