Where is the packaged file saved?

  1. After packaging is complete, check the save location you selected during the process.
  2. If you do not remember the path, run the packaging steps again and note the destination folder.
  3. If you still cannot find it, search in Windows File Explorer by file name or recent modified time.

How do I open a packaged presentation file?

  1. If the result is a folder, open the folder directly to view its contents.
  2. If the result is a compressed file, extract it in Windows first and then open the presentation file inside.
  3. After opening the presentation, you can continue editing, presenting, or sharing it again.

Why can't I complete presentation packaging in WPS on Windows?

  1. Check whether the target save location allows file writing.
  2. Check whether enough disk space is available.
  3. Close any program that may be using the target file, then try again, or switch to a different save location.
