1. Package as a Folder

Entry point: File → Package File → Package Presentation as Folder

1. Open the presentation you want to process.
2. Click the File menu at the top of the window.
3. Select Package File.
4. Click Package Presentation as Folder.
5. Select a save location.
6. Click OK to finish packaging.

Success Criteria

• UI state: A new packaged folder appears in the selected save location.
• Next actions: You can open the folder and review the packaged presentation files.

Tips While Using

• Make sure the save location has enough available space.
• Use an easy-to-recognize folder name for easier search and sharing later.

2. Package as a Compressed File

Entry point: File → Package File → Package Presentation as Compressed Folder

1. Open the presentation you want to process.
2. Click the File menu at the top of the window.
3. Select Package File.
4. Click Package Presentation as Compressed Folder.
5. Select a save location.
6. Click OK to create the compressed file.

Success Criteria

• UI state: A compressed file appears in the selected save location.
• Next actions: You can send the compressed file directly or upload it to cloud storage.

Tips While Using

• Before sending, open the save location and confirm that the compressed file was created.
• If the recipient needs to view the contents, unzip the file first and then open the presentation.
