Where is the packaged file saved?

  1. After packaging is complete, open the save location you selected during the process.
  2. If you did not change the location, check the folder where the current presentation is stored.
  3. Look for the newly created folder or compressed file in that location.

How do I open a packaged compressed file?

  1. Find the generated compressed file in Finder.
  2. Double-click the compressed file to unzip it.
  3. Open the extracted folder, then open the presentation file inside it.

Why can’t I see the Package File entry?

  1. First confirm that the file you opened is a presentation, not another file type.
  2. Check that WPS Office for Mac is installed and running normally.
  3. If the entry still does not appear, update to the latest version and open the file again.
