1. Mark a Document as Final
Entry: Top menu bar → More → Finalize Document
- Open the presentation you want to process.
- Tap More in the top menu bar.
- Select Finalize Document from the drop-down menu.
- Review the finalization message in the confirmation window.
- Tap Confirm. The document switches to online collaboration mode and is marked as final.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: A finalization message appears and the document status changes successfully.
- Next action available: You can continue to view finalization details or start follow-up confirmation actions.
Tips While Using
- After finalization, the document switches to online collaboration mode, so a stable network connection is recommended.
- Finalization marks the current version status. If changes are needed later, you can open the details and adjust the settings again.
2. Change Finalization Settings
Entry: Finalization pop-up → Details → More
- Open the finalized document again.
- In the finalization pop-up, tap Details.
- Review the current participants in the finalization process.
- Tap Invite to Confirm Final to start a confirmation invitation.
- Tap More.
- Tap Remove Finalization, then confirm to return the document to an editable state.
- If needed, open Settings and turn Anyone Can Finalize on or off.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: You can see finalization details, participants, and more settings.
- Next action available: You can invite others to confirm, remove finalization, or adjust the participation scope.
Tips While Using
- After you remove finalization, the document becomes editable again.
