FAQ

Why did the center Editing Area not switch to the slide I selected?

  1. Make sure you clicked the target slide in the thumbnail pane on the left.
  2. Check whether you are still in another editing state, such as typing text or adjusting an object.
  3. Click the target slide again and see whether the center Editing Area refreshes to that page.

How do I type directly into a title or body placeholder?

  1. Select the slide you want to edit.
  2. In the center Editing Area, click the title placeholder or body placeholder.
  3. When the cursor appears, type your content and then click a blank area to finish.

Why can’t I drag an object or resize it smoothly?

  1. Make sure you selected the object border instead of text inside the object.
  2. Move the pointer to the object border or sizing handle before dragging.
  3. If the action still feels difficult, use a mouse or trackpad for finer control.

Why doesn’t the right-click menu show the command I want?

  1. Make sure you right-clicked on the intended object.
  2. If the menu content is not what you expected, select the object again and right-click once more.
  3. You can also click the object first to put it in a selected state before opening the shortcut menu.
