Entry: Top menu bar in Presentation > More > All Services > Document Optimization
- Open the presentation you want to optimize.
- Tap More on the top menu bar, then tap All Services.
- Tap Document Optimization.
- Wait while the app analyzes the presentation and shows compressible content.
- Choose whether to back up the original file.
- Tap Start Optimization to begin compression.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The app completes analysis and starts the document optimization task.
- What you can do next: After processing, you can continue viewing, sharing, or saving the optimized presentation.
- No unwanted effect: If you selected original-file backup, the original copy remains available.
