1. Open the Export to PDF entry

Entry path: Top menu bar → More → Export to PDF

  1. Open the presentation that you want to export.
  2. Tap More in the top menu bar.
  3. Select Export to PDF from the expanded menu.
  4. Open the PDF export settings screen.

Success Criteria

  • On-screen result: The Export to PDF settings screen opens.
  • What you can do next: You can continue by choosing either a standard PDF or an image-based PDF.

2. Export a standard PDF and save it

  5. Tap Save to finish export.
  6. Wait for WPS to open the generated PDF automatically.

  6. Open the exported PDF and check whether all pages are complete.
