When using Display Scale, common questions usually involve where to find the controls, how zoom affects the file, and how to choose the right view; this FAQ includes 3 common questions and a glossary.

FAQ

Does Display Scale affect printing or slideshow playback?

  1. Display Scale only changes the size of the current editing view.
  2. After you adjust it, you can continue editing, but it does not directly change the actual print result.
  3. Slideshow playback is also not changed by the zoom level used in the editing interface.

Why can’t I find the Display Scale controls?

  1. First, make sure you opened a presentation file and entered the editing interface.
  2. Check whether the View tab includes the Display Scale button.
  3. If you do not see it there, check whether the bottom status bar shows the zoom slider or zoom level entry.

What is the difference between quick display scale adjustment and the dialog box method?

  1. The dialog box method is better when you want a preset percentage or a specific zoom value.
  2. The bottom status bar is more convenient when you want to zoom in or out continuously during editing.
  3. You can choose the method based on whether you need precise settings or quick review changes.
