Why can’t I see the ruler after opening my presentation?
- First, make sure you are in the normal editing view.
- Click the View tab and check whether Ruler is turned on.
- If it still does not appear, switch the Ruler option once more and check the top and left sides of the editing area.
What do the rulers represent after they appear?
- The ruler at the top of the editing area is the horizontal ruler for checking horizontal position.
