What is the difference between Reading View and Slide Show?

How do I exit Reading View?

  1. Press the Esc key while you are in Reading View.
  2. Make sure the current window is active.

Can I edit content directly in Reading View?

  1. Reading View is mainly used to preview presentation effects.
  2. It is not intended for direct content editing in that mode.
