How do I use a local image as a background in WPS on Windows?

  1. Select the target slide.
  2. Right-click either the slide thumbnail or a blank area in the editing area.
  3. Select Change Background Picture.
  4. Choose the local image file and click Open.

Why can’t I use some background pictures directly?

  1. Check whether the current picture shows a membership-related restriction.
  2. If it is a membership resource, follow the on-screen prompt to decide whether to subscribe.
  3. If you only need to finish the current edit, you can replace the background with a local image instead.
