1. Apply a Preset Gradient Fill

Entry point: Design tab → Background button drop-down menu → Gradient Fill

  1. Select the slide where you want to set the background.
  2. Click the Design tab at the top.
  3. Click the Background button.
  4. In the Gradient Fill area, select the preset gradient color you want.
  5. Click the preset to apply it to the current slide.

2. Customize a Gradient Fill from the Design Tab
