How-to Guide

1. Open the batch image compression entry

Entry: Picture Tools → Batch Processing → Compress Image Size

  1. Select the images you want to compress. You can select multiple images at once.
  2. Click the Picture Tools tab at the top.
  3. Click Batch Processing.
  4. Select Compress Image Size.
  5. Open the compression panel.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The Compress Image Size page opens.
  • Next action available: You can continue by choosing a compression method on the right side.

Tips While Using

  • Membership: This is a member-only feature, so make sure your account has the required membership.
  • Common mistake: If no image is selected first, the Picture Tools entry may not appear.

2. Choose a compression method and export images

Entry: Compress Image Size page → compression options on the right

  1. Choose a compression method on the right side of the page.
  2. To control output size more precisely, select Custom Size and set the size limit for each image in KB.
  3. To process images more quickly, select By Compression Level.
  4. Under By Compression Level, choose Light (clearest), Medium (balanced quality), or Deep (smallest size) as needed.
  5. Click Export All to complete batch compression and export the images.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: A compression method is selected and the export action is completed.
  • Next action available: You can review the exported results and continue using them.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: Higher compression usually means a smaller file size, but image clarity may also change.
  • Membership: This topic requires membership.
