Why can’t I insert an icon?

  1. Make sure a WPS Presentation file is open and that you are on an editable slide.
  2. Check whether the Icons entry on the Insert tab opens normally.
  3. If you are using online membership icon resources, confirm that the device is connected to the internet.
  4. Reopen the icon library and try selecting and inserting the icon again.

Can I change the color of an inserted icon?

  1. Select the inserted icon on the slide.
  2. Open the related Graphic Tools settings.
  3. Change the fill color, outline, or other available appearance options.
  4. Preview the result on the slide and continue adjusting if needed.

Which icons require membership?

  1. Open the icon library and browse the available icon styles.
  2. Check whether the icon shows a membership label.
  3. Icons with membership labels usually require membership access before use.

Can inserted icons still be edited like shapes?
