How-to Guide
1. Apply a Gradient Fill
Entry: Graphic Tools tab → Fill
- Select the icon that you want to fill with a gradient.
- Click the Graphic Tools tab.
- Click Fill to open the available options.
- Select Gradient Fill to preview available styles.
- Click the gradient style you want to apply it to the icon.
- Select More Fill Colors if you want more preset gradient options.
Success Criteria
- The icon shows a visible gradient color transition.
- You can select the icon again and continue editing the fill.

- Make sure you selected the icon object instead of a text box or blank area.

2. Customize a Gradient Fill
Entry: Graphic Tools tab → Fill → More Settings → Object Properties → Fill
- Select the icon you want to edit.
- Click the Fill drop-down under the Graphic Tools tab.
- Select More Settings to open the Object Properties pane on the right.
- Under Fill and Line, expand Fill.
- Select Gradient Fill.
- Adjust Gradient Style, Angle, Gradient Stop Color, Position, Transparency, and Brightness as needed.
- Select Rotate with shape if needed.
- Preview the result and click a blank area to finish applying it.
