Why can’t I see the Graphic Tools tab after selecting an icon?

  1. Make sure the selected object is an icon instead of a text box, picture, or blank area.
  2. Click the icon again and check whether the ribbon switches to object-related editing tabs.
  3. If needed, right-click the icon and open Set Object Format to continue from the Object Properties pane.

How can I make the gradient transition look smoother?

  1. Open More Settings to enter Object Properties.
  2. Choose a suitable gradient style first.
  3. Then adjust gradient stop color, position, transparency, and brightness step by step.
  4. Change one parameter at a time so the visual difference is easier to review.

What is the difference between More Fill Colors and More Settings?

  1. More Fill Colors is mainly used to access more preset gradient colors.
  2. More Settings opens the Object Properties pane for more detailed adjustments.
  3. Use More Fill Colors for quick application and More Settings for finer control.

Why does the gradient direction look different after I rotate the icon?

  1. Open the gradient fill settings in Object Properties.
  2. Check whether Rotate with shape is enabled.
  3. Keep or clear that option depending on the visual result you want.
  4. Rotate the icon again and review whether the gradient direction matches your expectation.

What should I do if a style requires membership?

  1. Check whether one of the available free styles already meets your needs.
  2. If you need a restricted style, open the subscription page and compare plans.
  3. After subscribing, return to the presentation and apply the style again.
