When using Unified Fonts, the most common questions fall into 3 areas: finding the entry, choosing between replacement methods, and limiting the update scope; this section includes 3 common answers.
FAQ
Why can’t I find the Unified Fonts entry?
- Make sure you opened a presentation rather than a document, spreadsheet, or PDF file.
- Check the top ribbon and click the Design tab.
- Look for the Unified Fonts drop-down button on the Design tab.
- If you still do not see it, update to the latest version of WPS Office for Mac and try again.
What is the difference between Replace Fonts and Batch Set Fonts?
- Replace Fonts changes one existing font in the presentation to another font.
- Batch Set Fonts updates font styles by range and target object.
- If you only want to replace an old font with a new one, Replace Fonts is the more direct option.
- If you also want to change font size, font color, bold, or object scope, Batch Set Fonts is more suitable.
How do I change the font for titles only?
- Open the Unified Fonts menu on the Design tab.
- Select Batch Set Fonts.
- In the target selection area, select only Title.
- Set the font style you need and click OK.
