Does a theme apply only to the current slide?

  1. A theme is generally used to unify the design style of the entire presentation.
  2. After you apply a theme, the overall style of all slides changes together.
  3. If you only want to adjust one slide, you can continue with local formatting changes afterward.

Why does the layout look different after I switch themes?

  1. Different themes use different combinations of colors, fonts, and effects.
  2. When a presentation already contains a lot of content, some text or graphics may look different after the theme changes.
  3. After switching themes, review titles, body text, images, and charts slide by slide.

Where can I find more themes in WPS Presentation?

  1. Open your presentation and click the Design tab at the top.
  2. Click More Themes to open the full theme library.
  3. You can also continue browsing and switching themes from Change Theme in the right sidebar.
