FAQ

Why can't I find the theme entry on Mac?

  1. Make sure you opened a presentation instead of a document or spreadsheet file.
  2. Check whether you are on the Design tab at the top.
  3. If the right sidebar entry is not visible, enlarge the window or check whether the sidebar is collapsed.
  4. If you still cannot find it, update to the latest version of WPS Office for Mac and check again.

Will applying a theme affect my existing content?

  1. Themes mainly adjust the overall visual style of a presentation.
  2. After you apply one, colors, fonts, and page effects may change.
  3. The text and slide content usually remain in the file.
  4. If you want to keep the current version unchanged, save a copy before trying a new theme.

What should I do if More Themes does not open?

  1. Make sure your device is connected to the internet.
  2. Click More Themes under the Design tab again.
  3. If loading is slow, wait a moment and check again.
  4. If it still does not open, use the currently visible theme list for a basic switch first.

How can I compare different theme effects quickly?

  1. Open the same presentation first.
  2. Click different themes one by one from the featured panel or the Change Theme entry on the right.
  3. Compare the overall changes on the title slide, agenda slide, and content slides.
  4. Keep the theme that fits your presentation style and continue editing.
