1. Run Spell Check from the Menu Bar (Manual Check)

Feature entry: Review → Spell Check

  1. Select the cell range that you want to check. If you want to check the whole sheet, you can leave the range unselected.
  2. Click Spell Check on the Review tab.
  3. Wait while the program scans the selected range or the whole sheet.
  4. When a possible spelling issue appears, review the suggested result in the prompt window.
  5. Choose Change, Ignore, or Add to Dictionary as needed.

  • Interface result: A spell check prompt window appears and shows possible issues one by one.

  5. Use options such as modify, new, or add to adjust dictionary content as needed.
