1. Compress and share a document
Feature entry: Share icon in the top menu bar of a spreadsheet → Share After Compression button
- Open the spreadsheet you want to share.
- Tap the Share button in the top menu bar.
- Select Share After Compression.
- Tap Compress Now and wait for the file to be compressed and saved automatically.
- In the next sharing panel, choose the channel you want and complete sending.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: the app finishes compression and enters the next sharing flow.
- Next action available: you can continue sending the file through available channels such as WeChat or email.
- File result: the recipient can unzip the package and open the file normally.
