1. Save a Spreadsheet

Entry: Top menu bar → Save

  1. Create or edit a spreadsheet, then tap Save in the top menu bar.
  2. If the file already has a save location, WPS saves the current changes directly.
  3. If this is the first save for a new spreadsheet, choose a save location when prompted.
  4. Set the file name and file format if needed, then complete the save.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The spreadsheet is saved and is no longer in an unsaved state.
  • What you can do next: You can continue editing, close the file, or use Save As.
