1. Save a Spreadsheet
Entry: Top menu bar → Save
- Create or edit a spreadsheet, then tap Save in the top menu bar.
- If the file already has a save location, WPS saves the current changes directly.
- If this is the first save for a new spreadsheet, choose a save location when prompted.
- Set the file name and file format if needed, then complete the save.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The spreadsheet is saved and is no longer in an unsaved state.
- What you can do next: You can continue editing, close the file, or use Save As.

- When you save a new file for the first time, you need to choose a location first.

Entry: Top menu bar → More → Save As

- In the drop-down menu, tap Save As.
- In the path selection screen, choose Local, WPS Cloud, or Add Cloud Storage.
- Change the file name or file format if needed.
- Tap Save to finish.
Success Criteria
