1. Run Reduce File Size

Entry: In a spreadsheet, tap More in the top menu bar, then tap All Services > Reduce File Size

  1. Open the spreadsheet that you want to reduce.
  2. Tap More in the top menu bar, then tap All Services.
  3. Tap Reduce File Size.
  4. Wait while WPS analyzes the spreadsheet and shows the compressible content.
