1. Use Open with Other Apps from an opened spreadsheet

Entry: Top menu bar More → Open with Other Apps

1. Open the target spreadsheet.
2. Tap More in the top menu bar.
3. Tap Open with Other Apps in the pop-up menu.
4. Wait for iOS to show the list of apps that can open the current file format.
5. Select the target app.
6. The file opens in the selected app.

Success Criteria

• Interface result: The iOS app selection panel appears and shows apps that can handle the current file format.
• What you can do next: After you choose an app, the file can continue to be viewed, edited, or converted there.

Tips While Using

• Common mistake: If the spreadsheet is not opened first, you cannot start from the in-document entry.

3. Tap Open with Other Apps in the pop-up menu.

5. Select the target app.
6. The file opens in the selected app.
