1. Turn on Show Sum and Count
Feature entry: Tools → View → Show Sum
- Select the cells or range that you want to review.
- Tap Tools at the bottom of the screen.
- Open the View tab.
- Turn on Show Sum.
- Review Sum, Average, Max, Min, Count, and Numerical Count in the floating summary bar at the top of the screen.
- Tap any displayed result if you want to copy it to the clipboard.

Tips While Using
- Common mistake: if no cells or range are selected first, the summary may not match what you expect.

2. Turn off Show Sum and Count
Feature entry: Tools → View → Show Sum
- Tap Tools at the bottom of the screen.
- Open the View tab.
- Turn off Show Sum.
- Return to the worksheet and confirm that the floating summary bar is hidden.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: the floating summary bar no longer appears at the top of the screen.
