FAQ
Why are some cells not included in sum or average results?
- Check whether the cell content is pure numeric data.
- Remove extra spaces, text symbols, or other non-numeric characters.
- Select the range again and review whether the summary bar updates.
Why can’t I see the summary bar after turning on Show Sum?
- Make sure you selected cells or a range first.
- Open Tools → View and confirm that Show Sum is turned on.
- If it still does not appear, reopen the spreadsheet or update WPS Office to the latest version.
Can I copy a summary result directly?
- Turn on Show Sum and select the target range.
- Find the summary result that you need at the top of the screen.
- Tap that result to copy it to the clipboard, then paste it where needed.
