How-to Guide

1. Add a Text Box

Entry path: Comment tab → Text Box

  1. Open the PDF file where you want to add a text box.
  2. Click the Comment tab on the top menu bar.
  3. Click the Text Box button on the toolbar.
  4. Drag on the document to draw the text box area.
  5. Type your text inside the text box.
  6. Click outside the text box to finish adding it.

  6. Click a blank area to confirm the changes.
