1. Enter PDF text editing mode

Entry path: Edit tab → Edit ContentText Editing

  1. Open the PDF file you want to revise.
  2. Click the Edit tab on the top menu bar.
  3. Click Edit Content to enter content editing mode.
  4. Click Text Editing on the toolbar to switch to text editing mode.

2. Apply the replacement mark from the ribbon

Entry path: Edit tab → Edit ContentText EditingReplace

  2. Select the text you want to mark.
  3. Click the Replace button on the toolbar.
  4. Check whether the selected text now shows the expected mark.

3. Apply the replacement mark from the floating toolbar

Entry path: Floating toolbar after text selection → Replace

  1. In text editing mode, select the target text.
  2. Wait for the floating toolbar to appear above the selected text.
  3. Click Replace on the floating toolbar.
  4. Confirm that the mark has been applied to the current text.
