Why is the Edit Form button grayed out?

1. Make sure the PDF file is open in WPS PDF.
2. Click the Edit tab and enter Edit Content mode.
3. Switch to Text Editing mode and then select the target text.
4. Check whether your account has the required PDF editing membership access.
5. If the file is a scanned PDF, run OCR first and then try editing the text again.

How do I remove an Edit Form effect that is already applied?

1. Open the PDF file and enter Edit Content.
2. Switch to Text Editing mode.
3. Select the text that already has the Edit Form effect.
4. Click the Form button again to remove the effect.
5. Save the file and confirm the result.

Can I use Edit Form together with other text styles?

1. Enter Edit Content and switch to Text Editing mode.
2. Select the target text.
3. Click the Form button first.
4. Then click Bold, Italic, Underline, or other formatting buttons as needed.
5. Save the file and review the final appearance.
