1. Apply Bulk Rename from the ribbon

Entry path: Edit tab → Edit ContentText EditRename

  1. Open the PDF file that you want to edit.
  2. Click the Edit tab on the top menu bar.
  3. Click Edit Content to enter content editing mode.
  4. Click Text Edit on the toolbar to switch to text editing mode.
  5. Select the text content that you want to update.
  6. Click Rename on the toolbar to apply the Bulk Rename effect.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The selected text enters an editable state and the rename action can be applied.
  • Next action available: You can continue selecting other text and repeat the edit.

  • Enter text editing mode first, or the related button may be unavailable.

2. Apply Bulk Rename from the floating toolbar

Entry path: Floating toolbar after selecting text → Rename

  1. Open the PDF file and enter text editing mode.

  3. On the floating toolbar that appears above the text, click Rename.
  4. Apply the Bulk Rename effect.
